Frequently Asked Questions


How do I place an order? Simply fill out our contact form or email us with your requirements and we will then supply you with a quote. If you are happy with the quote, we will then supply an artwork proof and proforma invoice. Production commences once payment has been received and the artwork proof has been approved.


Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity? Most bespoke items have a minimum order quantity of 100. We can supply quantities less than 100 but due to the initial set up costs involved the pricing would be the same as if you ordered 100.

Do I have to order online? No. Only if you want the plain bands shown in the online shop. It is best to email over your order requirements.

Will I get an artwork proof before my order goes to print? Yes. For any customised bands we cannot proceed until an artwork proof has been approved.

How long does an artwork proof take? They are normally supplied the same day but sometimes this can also be the next day depending on workloads.

How long will I have to wait for my wristbands? Plain bands can be shipped the same day provided cleared payment has been received by midday. Customised bands will depend on the type of band and quantity. Ie fabric wristbands could be 2-4 weeks whereas printed Tyvek® bands can be turned around quickly. If the bands are required by a particular date please let us know so that we may plan production to ensure they are dispatched in time.


What artwork formats can I email you? Please provide your artwork via email in a digital format. It would be ideal if we could specify format/quality requirements such as JPEG/PDF or outlined/vectored artwork but we know not everyone can accommodate these requests. We just ask that you send us what you have and we'll see if we can work with it. Please remember though, the higher the quality artwork the better the wristband will look. 


What if I don’t know the font? We will do our best to match as similar as we can using font scanning software.


What payment methods do you accept? We accept Bank transfer, Card payments (over the phone) and Paypal.


How are my wristbands shipped? We use DPD on a next day delivery service (Monday to Friday). Saturday and timed delivery are also available at an additional cost. We use DPD as they supply tracking and a timed window for delivery.

Can I collect in person? Yes. We are located in beautiful South Devon countryside so we would need to give you directions.

Do you ship outside of the UK? Yes. As well as DPD we also have access to other couriers such as DHL, Fedex and TNT.
